"Asher Meets The Mirandas"

The look on Elijah's Mom's face in this picture really says it all.  I get a little choked up when I look at it.  This was her first time seeing Asher.  We flew to Georgia for the holidays, and Elijah's parents insisted on picking us up from the airport even though we were going to Pelham to visit my parents first.  They had been waiting almost two whole months to meet this little boy, and they couldn't wait any more.  We decided to go to Columbus with them for the afternoon before driving to Pelham so that Elijah's siblings could meet him as well.  Wow is Asher going to be one spoiled little baby!!

Uncle Eddie

Uncle Emiro

Wow - what a tiring day!  Quiero mucho la familia Miranda!

"Latin Baby"

Elijah's Uncle Gabriel (one of Asher's namesakes) and Aunt Yadira sent Asher these Colombian shirts - sexy bebe!

Thanks guys!  I can't wait to come to Colombia to meet you!!

"Bonding Time With Uncle Jonathan"

We are so happy that Jonathan moved to New York.  He is so much fun, and Asher has already taken to him.  Jonathan recently came over and cooked dinner for us and hung out - thanks Uncle Jonathan!!

Jonathan and I have been friends since Way back in the day!

Asher is just upset in this picture because Jonathan is leaving!

"My Busy Schedule"

Tummy time...

Bumbo time (I hate bumbo time)...

And sleepy time....aaahhhh....

"CityLight Christmas Party"

Our happy, yet confusing family.  No one ever knows who the baby belongs to!

Quality time with Uncle Corydon

Asher wasn't really that excited about meeting Santa...

He was more interested in staring at Daddy!

"Smiling"

It is really hard to capture Asher's smile in a photo, but we have definitely been trying.  Now that he is smiling back at us and interacting with us, we feel like we're getting to know his personality.  Every smile seems unique, and each time he smiles at me I fall in more in love with him!  I know, so sappy!!!!

"One Month Accomplishment - Lifting My Head"

I know I can do this...

I think I can, I think I can...

Hooray - I did it!

Now I'm just a pro!!! :)
